About us
We cover the lot, and we say which bit is hard
A London-wide removals firm organised by sector, because a thirty-two-borough list tells a customer nothing useful about their moving day.
Most London removals sites are a borough list. Thirty-two names, the same four sentences under each, and nothing that helps you work out what your move will actually involve.
We organise by sector instead, because the five parts of London genuinely differ. The hills and converted lofts of the north are a different problem from the narrow terraced streets of the east, which are different again from the shared staircases of the south, the listed stucco of the west, and the red routes of the centre.
What we are good at
Knowing where the difficulty sits before we get there. A large share of what goes wrong on a London moving day is not about the furniture — it is a lorry that cannot legally stop, a lift slot nobody booked, a managing agent who needs a fortnight's notice, or an item that was never going to come down the stairs.
All four of those are visible weeks earlier if somebody looks.
What we are not
Not the cheapest quote, because the cheapest quote is usually the one that skipped the survey. Not a broker. And we carry no accreditations, ratings or press coverage we have not earned — if it is on this site, we can stand behind it.
How we work
Four things we hold to
Survey first, always
Including the loft, the cellar and the garage. A price given without seeing the access is a guess, and guesses get corrected on the morning.
The street counts as much as the house
Red route, CPZ, width, turning circle, market day, roadworks. Half of what goes wrong in London goes wrong outside the front door.
We do the admin
Managing agents, lift bookings, loading bays, insurance evidence, bay suspensions. All slow, all necessary, all better done weeks ahead.
We will send you elsewhere
If a borough site in this network knows your street better than we do, we say so. Two thin pages competing for one search serves nobody.
Next step
Talk to us about your move
No obligation. If another firm in this network serves your street better, we will name them.
